Paul received his B.S. in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Management from the Crowell School of Business at Biola University. He later returned to Biola and earned a MBA, graduating with Highest Honors. He is, and has been, an executive, board member, and/or owner of multiple entrepreneurial and innovative business ventures. As a consultant he has provided solid advice and assistance in regulatory compliance, strategic planning, marketing, and business development. Paul also served as a director for a non-profit, helping it to be more effective in reaching its mission. Paul is an expert at organizational assessment and implementing processes and systems that result in increased profitability. He is also the author of the entrepreneurship blog Small Business Success. Paul and his wife Rebecca live in Huntington Beach, California.
